Lexington Hills Real Estate
Lexington Hills is a desirable neighborhood adjacent to the Empire Ranch community. It sits amidst a collection of fine neighborhoods benefitting from an abundance of greenbelts, parks, wetlands, paths, and bike lanes.
Having been built in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, Lexington Hills is a more established neighborhood, with slightly larger lots and mature trees providing an abundance of shade and lush surroundings. Several of the streets offer expansive views, from the Sierra Nevada snow-peaked mountains to downtown Sacramento and the Central Valley beyond.
There are numerous schools in the vicinity, with Oak Chan Elementary situated somewhat in the middle of the neighborhood, near Folsom Kids Play Park. Several mini parks are peppered throughout the neighborhood, and the Cummings Family Skate, Scooter, and Bike Park borders the neighborhood at Oak Avenue Parkway and Creekside Drive.
A number of businesses can be found near the corner of Oak Avenue Parkway and South Lexington Drive, including California Family Fitness, Lexington Hills Kindercare, and Folsom Piano Academy. There are numerous shopping centers located just minutes away, including Broadstone Marketplace and the nearby Palladio features an array of fine dining and boutiques, as well as a 16-screen movie theatre. The Folsom Zoo is also close by, as is the Folsom Sports Complex.
Commuters love the fact that Sacramento is only minutes away, but Lexington Hills is just blocks away from Mercy Hospital, one of the area’s largest employers. Folsom also boasts Intel, one of the county’s largest private employers. The research and development campus is one of Intel’s largest sites. Its design and construction flow seamlessly with the area’s landscape and surrounding community.
